Black Chiffon.

I absolutely love my new black high-low skirt so I decided to style this.
It may seem a little inappropriate for this really hot weather because of the low hemline of the back of the skirt, but it's actually the total opposite.
I love how the light chiffon material brushes against my legs every time I walk! It's such a soft and cooling feeling.
I paired this skirt with a simple cream top and my usual black sandals. I thought the outfit
looked boring so I added my leopard circle scarf to give it more "pizzaz" haha. And what's
an awesome outfit without rings?! As you can see, I stacked a bunch of my silver-toned rings because I think they really pop against my black skirt.

Anyways, hope y'all are having a fun summer! Sadly, it's almost over.. and that means it's time for me to cram in all my summer homework! Lol. It's gonna get REAL hot this week so stay hydrated!
Thanks for reading, and I'll ttyl on my next blog post! (:

XOXO,
Jenny.

Laid Back Friday.

Kept it super casual again for today's outfit.
If you're wondering, most of these clothes are from Forever21 or Charlotte Russe. I paired a comfortable cream sweater with my floral shorts that really screams summer to me. I didn't have much to carry, so I just threw on a cute, light pink crossbody bag. It has a bow attached in the front... my favorite! On my right arm is a dainty arrow cuff from one of my recent purchases. On my left arm, I'm sporting some friendship bracelets my cousin & my friend made.

Today was another chill day..
I woke up pretty early since I've been having to wake up every morning
reallllly early these days, agh! Anyways, I WALKED about 2 miles to my meeting today... at least I got some "exercise" hahaha. Hope y'all are having a great summer so far!

XOXO,
Jenny.

July Favorites.

Hey guys! It's already August... wow! Since July has ended, I'm going to share with you some things I really loved in July. I will try to do these monthly favorites consistently!

1) Maybelline Dream matte powder (I'm in "Beige")
- Great finishing powder all year round!
- Yes, I've hit pan on this lol.

2) Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains ("Honey" & "Rendezvous")
- If you guys would like a detailed review on this, let me know in the comment box below!

3) Leopard Loafers from Target
- Great steal for just $19.99!
- A little hard to break into; the black rim of the shoe is relatively stiff!

 4) Breaking Night by Liz Murray
- Even though it was an obligation to read for honors english, one of the best
non-fiction books I've ever read!
- Such an easy read, yet so suspenseful and intriguing!

5) BLOGGING!
- Thank you all for viewing my blog! Blogging has become a very enjoyable hobby for me!

THANKS FOR READING!

XOXO,
Jenny.

Keepin' It Casual.

The weather is pretty warm today, so I thought it was perfect to throw on a sheer blouse, white cuffed shorts, and some casual brown sandals. I spiced up my outfit just a little by stacking some bracelets and adding a few of my pyramid studded rings. I tried so hard not to bust out laughing here, but it just wouldn't work lol. Anyways, hope you liked this OOTD!

XOXO,
Jenny.

Rings Galore...

On days where I want to spice up my outfit, I love to stack my rings.
Here is MOST of my ring collection (I misplaced some).
A lot of popular stores such as F21, H&M, and UO sell packs of rings for a few bucks.
Hmmmm, you may ask... How I store them? In my old glasses case, of course.
Where else would I? (;

XOXO,
Jenny.

P.S. : Leave a comment down below how YOU like to spice up your outfits!

NOTD 07/28/12 - Sephora by OPI - Caught With My Khakis Down

Since summer started, I've been obsessed with my neon pink, purple, and turquoise nail polishes. Yesterday I decided to take a little break away from my bright summery colors and put on one of my mutated green nail polishes: Caught With My Khakis Down by Sephora by OPI. For a while I kind of forgot how much I loved this color since I was so caught up with bright nail polishes recently... But now I realize why I loved this color so much! Even though this color might not be suitable for everyone, for me it's such a unique, khaki color that adds a little something different to my daily outfits. I suggest checking this polish out if you want a nice dark green nail polish! (Retails @ Sephora for $9.50).
